Cathys been very encouraging, and I'm delighted in what I've been
able to accomplish after only seven months. And I've had no injuries! Thanks Cathy, for

colon cancer. Exercise will lower high blood
pressure and risks of stroke. Exercise will help your body control
blood sugar (glucose) levels if you have, or are at risk of, diabetes. The one
thing that you can do that will most dramatically improve your health is exercise. |
