Motivation. Why are the majority of us out of shape and overweight? One major factor is motivation. After a hard day at the office, we may not always feel like finding our running shoes, putting on our shorts and t-shirts and exercising ourselves. Cathy will encourage, support, and guide you through enjoyable and interesting workouts that you will look forward to each week.

If you already have a home gym, Cathy can also custom tailor your fitness program to your needs or if you prefer, she can meet you at her gym, Hamiltons Fitness Centre in Colchester.
