Entry forms are being sent out to each of the Divisional Secretaries on the 29th June, so if you have qualified you should receive yours soon after that date. If you know that you have qualified, you can download an entry form and send your entry in directly.

If you are using a downloaded entry form you will have to fill in the section asking where and when you qualified and we will check this before placing you on the qualifiers list here.
