By car: Approaching from London or Ipswich by the A12 or from Clacton by the A120  leave at the Crown Interchange which is signposted Colchester North. Take the A1232 from the interchange towards Colchester. After 800 metres turn right at the first set of traffic lights into Severalls Lane and then right at the second junction into the Colchester Business Park on Wyncolls Road. Travel approximately 800 metres and take the second right into Telford Way. Hamiltons Fitness Centre is 150 metres on the left. Parking

Once you have disembarked at Colchester Station, catch a cab to Telford Way, Colchester Business Park (about 10 minutes journey) or a public transport bus.

By Public transport bus: frequent service from Colchester town centre and Colchester train station to Colchester Business Park by nos.: 2 and 65 buses (disembark at Severalls Park, The Crescent).
