So you are as excited about the London 2012 Olympics as we are and want to be in the London Olympics in 2012 yourself? Here's how Hamiltons Fitness Centre can help you. We can design specialised exercise programs to suit your chosen sport, monitor your progress and adjust your programs as you make your way through divisional, national and international events. Most sports require periodised training throughout the competitive year - progressive training during the off season and performance training during the part of the year that you are competing - so we can plan your entire year around your competitions and make sure that you are ready at the right time. We can also advise on diet to fuel both your training and performance.
