Professionals frequently recommend taking Valerian one hour before bedtime.Valerian is a perennial plant that is
native to North America and Europe. The flowers are pale pink in color and they grow from
a tuberous root / rhizome. It is the compounds found within the rhizome that are said to
be benefit. Valerian has a long history of use and is widely popular throughout Europe and
the US.
Each tablet
contains 400mg of extract, equivalent to 1600mg of Valerian. Our Valerian is up to 4 times
stronger than some high street brands and so represents excellent value for money
