This module will
widen your abilities in group fitness classes.
You'll be co-ordinating and designing your own resistance
training classes, catering for a diverse range of
people, at different levels of fitness and ability.
This
qualification is available to individuals already
instructing who wish to improve their knowledge and
skills to enable them to deliver Studio Resistance
Training sessions. It is also relevant for those
already running such sessions without a formal
qualification.

The aims of this
course:

skills and knowledge, allowing you to teach, safely
and effectively, a fun group fitness session using
resistance exercises.
