  What do our students say?
"I had an awesome time on the course. I chose Hamiltons as it was local and I could fit it around my children and part time work. I had decided to start a new career after taking 10 years off to be a mum, so it was a little nerve racking, but the friendly and very helpful instructors at Hamiltons were very welcoming to all, whatever the background. I completed my level 2 and 3 within 5 months and haven't looked back since. And as a bonus I also met me fiancť (didn't know that at the time:-))" Katy
"Just wanted to write to say how thankful I am to you, Stuart, Catherine and Tiffany for the fantastic teaching and support you gave to me during my PT course. I am extremely grateful, having not studied at all for almost 30 years(!) before starting with you last October, I have no doubt that it was the Hamiltons touch that made my studying a success." Shelley.
"Iíve been exercising regularly for over 30 years and was struggling to make progress, so I enrolled on the Level 2 Fitness instructorís course purely for my own benefit. I had no intention of taking it any further. I learned so much and reignited my passion for training; I decided to enrol on the level 3 course as well, just for personal benefit. I enjoyed it so much I decided to make a career of helping others with their fitness goals.
Iíve experienced a lot of training courses in my previous profession in financial services and itís very clear that no matter how good the material is, the presentation of the material is so important in keeping attendees receptive. In my experience, you will not find a better place to learn." Ray,
