Distance membership
gives you an initial one to one email consultation
to allow us to identify your exercise goals and any
areas of concern that you may have.
From this we will construct a starting programme,
designed to
cater for the gym (or home gym) that you are
training in, and updates every six to twelve weeks
(depending on the type of program you are on).
During your membership you will have email advice on training technique and diet
and access to our exclusive members area as well as 2 free visits to
Hamiltons per year.
Workout programmes are personally designed by Stuart Hamilton and
Catherine Wass B.Sc. (hons.)
